Entry & venue rules
Effective October 2, 2026
18+ and ID
Every guest must be at least 18 on the event date. Bring original, valid government-issued photo ID showing your date of birth. Screenshots, photocopies and a ticket alone are not proof of age. Staff verify ID at entry.
21+ alcohol
Only guests 21 or older may purchase or consume alcohol. Providing alcohol to guests under 21 and misrepresenting age are prohibited. The venue may perform additional ID checks for alcohol service.
Queues and occupancy
Guests may wait for ID checks, screening or space inside. Entry pauses at venue capacity and resumes as guests leave. Skip the Line means the designated priority queue; it never guarantees immediate admission or exemption from checks.
Conduct and screening
Follow staff instructions and posted venue rules. Security screening may be required. Weapons, illegal substances, violence, harassment and unsafe behavior are prohibited. Refusing required screening, invalid ID, intoxication or unsafe behavior may result in refused admission or removal.
Ticket use
Only the first valid scan admits a guest. A ticket held while the venue is full stays unused. Once admitted, the ticket cannot be scanned in again; re-entry is not offered through the ticket system.
Event-specific conditions
Review the event description for dress requirements, arrival restrictions, accessibility arrangements and upgrade benefits. Loud music and flashing lighting may be present; ask the organizer about specific needs before attending. Report safety issues to venue staff immediately.
