Ticket terms

Your purchase
TWENTY provides event tickets through twenty.events. Check the event date, location, admission conditions, ticket quantity and total before paying. Tickets are issued after payment is verified. Complimentary tickets are subject to the same entry rules.
Age and admission
All guests must be 18 or older on the event date and present original, valid government-issued photo ID. Alcohol is restricted to guests 21 and over. Admission requires a valid ticket and compliance with the Entry policy.
Capacity and waiting
Venue capacity limits people inside at one time, not the total tickets sold. Tickets do not guarantee immediate entry. When the venue is full, guests must wait until space becomes available. Priority-entry upgrades do not override capacity, security or ID checks. Arrival restrictions stated on a ticket still apply.
Tickets and extras
Each barcode admits one guest once. Keep codes private; duplicate copies do not provide extra admissions. Upgrades apply only to the benefits described and do not replace admission unless explicitly stated. The website does not currently offer ticket transfers or re-entry. Do not resell, duplicate or alter tickets.
Online and door pricing
Door admission prices are higher than online admission prices. Online orders include a booking fee of 2.9% of the discounted tickets and extras subtotal plus $0.30 once per order, rounded to the nearest cent. Advertised online admission prices include the fee for a single-ticket order; purchasing multiple tickets shares the $0.30 fixed portion across that order. The itemized fee and final total are shown before payment.
Payment and changes
The total is displayed before payment. Card details are handled by Stripe. Event schedules or venue details may change; material changes, cancellations and refund requests are handled under the Refund policy.

Use the support form for order questions or policy requests. These terms do not remove consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. We do not include an arbitration agreement or a waiver of liability in these terms. Updated policies apply to future purchases; the policy version accepted with an order is recorded.
