Privacy policy

Information collected
We collect the mobile number provided at checkout; ticket, order, payment-status and check-in records; policy acceptance and messaging permissions; and details you send through support. Admin CRM records may also include names, email addresses, tags and notes supplied to the organizer. Payment card details are handled by Stripe rather than stored in TWENTY’s database.
How information is used
We use information to process and deliver tickets, manage entry and occupancy, maintain guest and promoter records, handle requests, prevent misuse and administer events. Marketing texts require separate recorded consent; buying a ticket does not subscribe you.
Service providers
Stripe processes payments, Twilio delivers messages, Neon stores application records and Vercel hosts the website and uploaded images. Information is shared with service providers as needed to perform these functions and with authorized event staff for event operations. Mobile information and messaging opt-in consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
Cookies and browser storage
The site uses necessary session cookies for admin authentication and browser functionality for ticket navigation and secure payments. Payment providers may use their own security technologies. The application does not currently operate an advertising-cookie opt-in program.
Retention and requests
Records are retained for event operations, payment reconciliation, support and legal obligations. Use support to request access, correction or deletion. We verify requests and may retain records required for payment, legal or security purposes. Minimal SMS opt-out records may remain to prevent unwanted messages. No fixed automatic deletion schedule is currently applied.
Security and ticket links
Admin access is restricted and provider callbacks are verified. Private ticket links and barcodes act as access credentials: keep them private. No system can guarantee absolute security.
Age and contact
Events are intended for guests 18 and over. If information was submitted for a minor, contact us through support. Submit privacy questions or requests using the support form.
