SMS & MMS terms
Effective October 2, 2026
Ticket messages
TWENTY sends ticket links and barcode images only when you request ticket messaging or provide documented permission for a complimentary-ticket text. Ticket messaging is optional; declining it does not prevent purchase or access to your barcode online. Frequency depends on your ticket requests and delivery needs.
Marketing messages
Marketing messages concern TWENTY events and offers. Separate express marketing consent is required and is not a condition of buying tickets. Message frequency varies. Ticket delivery permission does not authorize marketing.
Rates and availability
Message and data rates may apply. Delivery depends on your carrier and device; carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Save the online ticket page in case a message does not arrive.
STOP and HELP
Reply STOP to opt out. Opt-outs block further application messages to that number. Reply HELP for assistance or use the support form. START may remove a messaging block; marketing requires recorded marketing permission as well.
Phone number and privacy
Provide a number you control and notify us if it changes. Messaging consent and mobile information are not sold or shared for third-party marketing. See the Privacy policy for service-provider processing and requests.
